2. We send a return label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it, stick it on the package, and drop it off.
3. Full refund within 3 business days
Once we receive your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No restocking fee. No return shipping cost.
What's Covered
- Product doesn't hold weight as described
- Adhesive doesn't stick to your surface type
- Product arrives damaged or defective
- Changed your mind within 30 days

What's Not Covered
- Items returned after 30 days
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation on unapproved surfaces
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact them directly)
Exchanges
Want a different shade instead? Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. You only pay return shipping on the original item — we cover shipping on the new one.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. The funds may take 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
